My dad is nearing 90 years old and was admitted to the hospital because he was weak, dehydrated, and mixed up. The entire staff was so real, so caring, and so professional, but Tia went above and beyond the call of duty.
She was patient and understanding even when my dad would ask the same questions over and over. Dad gravitated towards her kind, considerate manner and felt completely safe with her. Tia even took Dad outside to sit and visit in the sunshine.
