Where do we start? A nurse manager came to us like an angel sent to us. Thresa listens to our needs. She goes above and beyond for us and our patients. She always has a smile on her face and is willing to help. She spent part of her busy day helping to clean up a room and a patient. This is every day. She always makes time for all of us. She is our Mother Thresa. We are seeing all kinds of improvement since she has started with our team. Always kind and compassionate to everyone. When we are short-handed or have difficult patients, she makes sure to help us out. Never afraid to get dirty, even in a difficult patient's room. We are so lucky to have her!
