My Dad spent 2 weeks in acute rehab. The staff was wonderful, but I felt that the care Tess showed was a notch above. She treated him with dignity and made some difficult times easier for him. Her attitude was positive at all times. When you hug a nurse at discharge, and tear up a little, you know they truly cared for both the patient and their family.
