All who work alongside her and those who are blessed to be cared for by her would describe Theresa as thorough, caring, compassionate, and precise.
Theresa blessed us with her presence six years ago. Prior to joining our Emergency Department team, she worked as a Cath Lab RN in the Sunshine State.
Within the 6 years that Theresa has been a part of our dairy state, she has become a nurse champion for M & M, transfer QA, intravenous processes and protocols, ED quality, lead preceptor, Child Passenger Safety Technician, and a mentor to her team.
Regardless of work stressors, inconsistent and strenuous workloads, Theresa consistently represents our PRIDE values.
Her continued positive attitude, respect for her colleagues, patients, and families, does not go unnoticed.
When a problem arises, she will be one of the first to brainstorm a solution and fix it.
She holds herself to a high standard and will ensure that not just herself, but everyone working alongside her is set up for success.
Theresa has so much heart and compassion for the care she provides for her community and team.
Happy or sad, she will be there to hold your hand or offer a hug.
