As the patient prepared for discharge, staff identified that the patient needed clothing. Thania went above and beyond by visiting the STAR Closet and thoughtfully selecting a new dress and jacket for the patient. The patient expressed sincere appreciation for Thania's kindness and support. Thania further demonstrated exceptional patient care by accompanying the patient to the bus station. Thanks to her dedication and attention to detail, she completed the discharge process smoothly, and the patient had no complaints.
