When we, my wife and I, first arrived, it was a little rocky. I had a team of nurses that was very welcoming, and I was at the point of leaving and going to another hospital, but Tessa was introduced to us, and she was so attentive and caring that we stayed. She was outstanding and went above and beyond for my family and me. I'm grateful to have her as a nurse.
