Terry was extremely caring, knowledge and empathetic to me during my procedure. He made sure I understood what was going to happen. When the other 2 nurses had troubling finding a good vein for an IV, he jumped right in and found it quickly without multiple tries. Even interacting with the other nurses, he did not make them feel bad they couldn't find one and respectfully solved the situation.

Once I was in the procedure room, he showed such empathy and care. I was intimidated by the room and medical devices, and he kindly rubbed my shoulder assuring me all was going to be okay. His conversation and voice calmed me as he administered the sedation. I could genuinely tell he enjoys his interactions and his profession, and he is there to help all.

Very pleasant gentleman and so appreciated. He left a lasting impression on me. Thank you for making a difference in my medical journey. I have been through quite a few surgeries and procedures these last few months. Terry will be one of most memorable ones thus far. I am grateful to him.
