Terri is exactly who and what this DAISY Award stands for.

From the moment that my husband and I came to the burn clinic, Terri put us at ease. We had just gone through one of the most horrific and scary times, and she was able to keep my husband calm. She made both of us feel comfortable and relaxed. What could have been one of the most stressful, painful, and worrisome times was not because of Terri.

She had a way to make us take our minds off the situation, but also gave us the appropriate education to ensure that we knew how to take care of the burn on my husband's hand. She took her time with us, making sure all our questions were answered and that we knew the steps moving forward. She is one of the kindest nurses we have ever encountered and cannot thank her enough!
