Terezy Mchana is a wonderful nurse in 4 West. She is hardworking, very thorough, shows excellent expertise and experience, and, frankly, she truly cares for her patients. This likely puts her in good company with many other excellent nurses, but what makes her outstanding is her consistent, above-and-beyond service. 

Terezy doesn't just say, "Let me know what you need"; she sees the need and jumps into action. Before I knew what to ask, she was already communicating things for me to think of. 

As a newly diagnosed diabetic who came in with DKA, I was overwhelmed. Thanks to Terezy and others, I am leaving with confidence that I can recover and thrive. I have also developed a deeper appreciation for the nursing profession and the special place that nurses like Terezy deserve, because this is more than a job to her. She values the wellness of every person in her care. She is a stellar example.
