Ms. Teresa was and is exceptional during our stay. She greeted me and my child as if she was a long-lost aunt we hadn’t seen in years. She sat on the bed or squatted near my son, very motherly. Teresa took her time with my son as he has been experiencing extreme pain. She also changed up the method of getting my child to eat by offering Ensure during med time rather than water! Teresa clapped her hands with excitement!

Teresa also put her number on the board to ensure smooth communication. Teresa was definitely vital in a parent’s stressful time, as we are powerless to aid our sick child(ren). This facility is blessed to have her here and her family is privileged to call her their own. Teresa is genuinely a celestial being to us and devoted to her care for her patients! I adore her and hope she is blessed with the recognition she deserves. I pray she comes into our lives again. She is truly God-sent!The best nurse to have met!
