I felt like the Star of the Show! Teresa was so accommodating throughout my pre-op check-in. When I got signed in, I was immediately taken aback, and everyone assured us it was no problem. Now I know that it was because I was the first scheduled surgery. So I really appreciated Teresa assuring me warmly that it was ok. Throughout my time with Teresa, she asked me the necessary questions and addressed the many inquiries from nurses, doctors, and others. I maintained a calm and professional demeanor with a smile the whole time. It calmed me down knowing she had it all under control. In fact, I saw nothing but smiles the whole time I was there.

After Teresa inserted my IV, I knew I’d have a bruise! Nope, barely a bump at all! In fact, when I looked up after Teresa left, all the nurses and doctors in the nurses' station were waving at me! Like I said, Star of the Show treatment! There were so many people who were excellent that deserve recognition for an above-and-beyond experience! I’ve never experienced this level of caring for me ever! I could go on, but the biggest testament to all this is that I’ve decided to switch from Baptist Healthcare to U of L Healthcare in the near future! I never thought I would leave them! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
