Teo always takes the time to explain every step of the care plan, listens patiently to concerns, and treats his patients and their families with dignity, empathy, and kindness.

Teo is the team leader and has successfully oriented multiple other staff to handle the patient. He demonstrates professionalism with his detailed and thorough handover and takes time to ensure his colleagues are fully supported to care for the patient.

Not only is he clinically excellent—calm under pressure, organised, and professional—but also incredibly compassionate. He communicates with the patients offering both conversation and kindness to ensure they are fully informed with their treatment plan and up to date.
