She was one of my husband’s nurses during his stay at CHI. She was compassionate and communicated clearly in a calm, reassuring way that put my mind at ease during a scary time. She listened attentively and her joyful spirit and warmth made my husband and I feel seen as whole people in the midst of healing and uncertainty. She is so knowledgeable and attentive. Each time she entered the room, I felt calm and at peace - like the sun was coming out after a storm. She paid attention to little details like my husband needing saline for his contacts.
