Teal was a true light in a time of stress! My husband was scheduled for an upper and lower GI scope, and being put under is always unnerving, but Teal and, honestly, the whole team made the experience the best they could. Clinically, everyone was wonderful, but she went above and beyond to ease the stress with her fantastic sense of humor. Although she said, "Well, that's my job," I want to let Teal know that it, in fact, is not. Your job is to take care of patients; you went above and beyond to make us laugh and feel more comfortable. You also ensured to say "Thank You" to my husband for his service which truly means a lot. I want you to know that you are an exceptional nurse with an amazing gift of caring for others.
