All of the nurses at the NICU were everything we could ask for!  They were very knowledgeable, caring, supportive, and experienced.  Although, one stuck out the most.  Her name was Taylor.

We had twins born at 34 weeks.  They both had a handful of conditions that required them to stay in the NICU.  Taylor was very knowledgeable on every condition.  She answered any question and concern in a way we could understand.  She took the best care of our girls, as if they were her own.  

There was a serious emergency going on with another newborn while we were there.  I watched Taylor in awe at how she ran the show, remaining calm and doing what she needed to do.  And how the other nurses looked up to her for direction.

Taylor is a true gem to the department and the NICU babies.  Thank you, Taylor!
