Thank you for your detail-oriented and even-keeled approach to working with our complex vascular patients. There have been several instances in which you have gone the extra mile to determine specific details about a patient. These details made my decision-making easier and ultimately streamlined care for the patient. It sets me up for success when I walk into the patient's room, and I already have a plan for a newly identified issue. In addition, even when I reacted with stress/surprise/confusion about new circumstances, you have maintained a calm and collected demeanor, telling me, “We’ll figure it out!" or "it'll be ok." It seems a bit silly that one should need to hear these words, but honestly, it made me feel so supported. It was wonderful to know that you were not just going to leave me with this new issue, but rather you had my back (and that of the patient!) until it was figured out. Thank you so very much.
