She had demonstrated the willingness to tolerate my different behaviors. Taylor was able to talk me down from the “ledge” by finding out who “I am” without being intrusive. She was able to explain the game plan for my stay. Allowing me to vent and to get over my self-pity. She made me feel that everything would work out and that she would be there for me.

I feel blessed to have the care, compassion, and service Taylor provided!!

If I ever have to go back to the 3rd floor, I know I will be in good hands!
