Tayler was the first nurse that I saw when I came into Labor and Delivery unexpectedly at 38 weeks. I’m a first-time mom (also had my tubal after birth), and I was unsure but excited to meet my baby. Tayler continued that excitement, encouragement, and confidence, although it was all new to me. Not a moment felt overwhelming due to Tayler's energy, which she presented in and out of the room. She asked about my birth plan and ensured, to the best of medical advice, that is what we stuck to. She was even my personal bodyguard when it came to not wanting anyone in the room but certain people, and that meant the world to me. From start to finish, she kept me informed and again, very excited and confident in getting to meet my son. Knowing I was having a tubal after my first pregnancy was so imperative that I make it a positive experience that I did not regret. Tayler made that possible, moments and even days I will never get back that were absolutely life-altering, and thanks to her, I could not have had a better experience. She is beyond deserving and should win this award multiple times a week. She works incredibly hard and, most importantly, puts her patients first. I could not say enough amazing things about her. I would nominate her every time and choose her again and again if I were to have any more kids. So blessed to have her guiding a wonderful life-altering delivery to my sweet boy.
