Tasneem was extremely kind, caring, and understanding. She answered all questions, got us all we needed, and was always with a cheerful, kind manner. Tasneem truly cared about our comfort and helped us get answers in a way we understood completely.

 All our nurses have been great - what stands out with Tasneem is her heartwarming approach, her cheerful nature, and her true compassion and love of her chosen profession, which are evident in her way of putting you at ease. Making sure you are comfortable, making sure everything is precise, all with a smile and endless "Can I get you anything?" with questions about our home health needs and the IV antibiotics for home.

Tasneem checked that all our needs would be met, double-checked the IV options, as insurance was stating a different medication. Tasneem took the information, went to Dr. D, and got the correct answer that was best for my husband. The medication was not the same and wouldn't cover the infection control needs like the recommended one. Had she not done this, we may have gone with an option that was financially better for us, but not for my husband's well-being. Tasneem went out of her busy time to ensure we had the best medication for his needs and recovery.
