Taran is such a hard worker! She is always willing to put the patients first and pick up overtime when the department needs it. She is kind and caring to all. She always has a smile on her face, no matter how busy we are in the office.

We moved from being an orthopedic office to a destination campus with Ortho, ortho urgent care, cardiology, family medicine, and spine. Taran is an absolute work horse and has become a standout leader during this transition. She is willing to help wherever help is needed, has taken on projects outside of her scope, and goes the extra mile for our patients. She is kind to everyone, and even with a drastic increase in patients, she still treats everyone with patience and compassion. I truly and honestly do not know what we would do without her, her attitude, her work ethic, and her deep belief in patient-centered care. It is very much noticeable when Taran is not present. In my eyes, Taran deserves so much praise, and a DAISY Award seems like a great place to start with that praise. She is the type of nurse you dream to have with you at every appointment and every office would be lucky to have someone like Taran on their team. I wish we could have 10 Tarans!
