My son was admitted to the NICU immediately after birth (about 25 weeks) following concerns with the functionality of his heart. Although I was pleased with the bulk of the care I received, Tanner went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations in every category.

I was so nervous about leaving him in the care of strangers, and Tanner laid those worries to rest very quickly. He was effective in communicating the care plan every day in as much detail as I needed to feel comfortable – no question ever felt too small or large for him to communicate the answer in a way I could fully understand.

Every scheduled care time for my son was completed in a timely manner, and every time we left the room, he made sure to clarify if we would be at the next care time and whether we wanted to participate in diaper changes or feedings. He communicated his duties and schedule in the event he ran even five minutes behind.
