Always had a smile on her face and made me feel like my well-being was her top priority. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently, making sure I understood my treatment plan. She was sensitive to my emotional needs and offered words of encouragement when I was feeling down. Even when things were hectic, she never rushed me and took the time to really listen to what I was saying. I felt like she truly cared about me as a person, not just a patient.
