I want to nominate LPN Tamara Johnson for a DAISY Award for her exceptional patient care and compassionate support. One of Tamara's tasks as an LPN is to vaccinate children from 3 days to 21 years old. Vaccinating children can be overwhelming for both the patient and their parents, and Tamara consistently demonstrates empathy and patience in all her interactions. She goes above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being, making sure nobody goes home without a sticker. Tamara's dedication to providing compassionate care creates a positive and healing environment for her patients and their families. Tamara is truly an asset to our team.
