I want to express my deepest gratitude to Nurse Taeko Matsumoto, who cared for my father during a critical hospitalization at Memorial Care. Simply put, she brought him back from the brink of death with her extraordinary skill, dedication, and compassion.
 
Nurse Taeko was not only clinically sharp, but she also worked tirelessly, day and night, with a calm confidence that gave our family hope when we had none. Her kindness, attention to detail, and fierce advocacy for her patient made all the difference in my father’s recovery. I don’t think she sat down once, and she was so attentive and helpful. 

Taeko is truly one of those rare nurses who has a heart of gold. I firmly believe that her presence saved my father’s life, and I cannot think of anyone more deserving of recognition. Memorial Care is incredibly lucky to have her — and in my opinion, she should be promoted to the head nurse. She sets the standard for excellence in patient care, and we are forever grateful. She deserves an award, a promotion, and to be recognized by the hospital.
