While caring for my grandfather, who was nearing the end of life, Sydney showed the utmost compassion and empathy not only to my grandfather but to the whole family. Sydney took time to explain comfort care, what it entails, and ensured everyone understood to make the appropriate, most compassionate decision. As an RN myself, I was so impressed with Sydney’s bedside manner and naturally caring nature. I hope all families can be blessed by being cared for by her.
