Suzette was fantastic on the day of my shoulder surgery. My boyfriend and I felt welcomed by her and well-informed regarding any last-minute questions. She was caring for my needs, questions, and comfort. I appreciated how chatty she was, as this eased my nerves before surgery and had me feeling just like myself after surgery. My post-op time flew by as she chatted with my boyfriend and me about our careers, her own, and her daughter's aspirations. She kept me laughing pre and postop which is the best one can ask for before and after a major surgery!
