Susie has so much patience, care, and empathy for my mother-in-law. She is so kind and patient. She goes above and beyond!

She takes time to listen. My mother-in-law talks softly and has a hard time feeding herself if she does not have finger foods and certain cups. She goes out of her way to make sure she has everything she needs.

Her care is top-notch! She makes sure everything is within reach and greets her multiple times a day. She is never rushed and allows my mother-in-law time to speak. Even if she is busy, the patients are treated as if she were the only one. She is a true example of leadership and pride in her work.
