Sue demonstrated her professional skill in explaining in layman's terms the procedure in my back fusion drainage. The drainage resulted from a post op condition following a graft after the initial fusion surgery. Sue spent time with my surgeon, and she was able to provide me with information that Icould understand on how the drainage was to be accomplished.
