My mother was recently cared for by Susan after her open-heart surgery, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the kindness and attentiveness she showed. From the moment Susan stepped into my mom's room, she made a meaningful difference. My mom was in significant discomfort, especially in her back, and Susan took the time to gently massage it, providing much-needed relief. When my mom suddenly felt nauseous, Susan reacted immediately, ensuring she had everything she needed before it became a bigger issue. One night, when my mom was feeling overheated, Susan went out of her way to bring her a fan, making sure she was cool and comfortable. What stood out most was Susan's patience and attentiveness. She never rushed, never overlooked even the smallest details, and treated my mom with the utmost care and respect. As a daughter, I am eternally grateful for the compassion she showed.
