I want to sincerely thank Nurse Suneetha for the amazing care she gave me during my time in the ICU. From the moment I arrived, she came in with a big smile, introduced herself, and reassured us that she'd be there for anything we needed, and she truly meant it.
I came into the ICU in a very serious condition, overwhelmed with extreme pain and uncontrollable vomiting. I couldn’t manage myself physically or mentally. In that difficult moment, Suneetha stood by my side with unwavering support. She constantly cared for me, calmly reassuring me while keeping me as comfortable as possible.
I honestly lost count of how many times she rushed to assist me, especially with the vomiting bags, which I must’ve gone through endlessly during the first eight hours. She is so much more than just a nurse. She was attentive, quick to respond, and always one step ahead when it came to managing my condition. Her professionalism, clinical knowledge, and genuine care showed in every single thing she did.
But what stood out most was her kindness. The way she spoke with us was calm, friendly, and full of compassion, which made a world of difference. Just her presence made things feel more bearable. When you’re in that much pain, you don’t forget people like her.
I honestly feel lucky to have been cared for by someone like her. Trusting someone with your health at your weakest isn’t easy, but with her, it came naturally. She embodies everything this recognition stands for, and I’ll always be grateful for the care she gave me.
