Mr. Kazmierski graduated from Misericordia University in 2008 and began their career at Geisinger in November of the same year. The decision to join Geisinger was influenced by his mother, who is also a nurse. At the time, he worked at a Rehabilitation Center and frequently interacted with various hospitals in the area. She advised Mr. Kazmierski to apply at Geisinger, saying, "Every time I interact with a Geisinger employee, they are professional, knowledgeable, and nice. They have their act together."

Since joining Geisinger, Mr. Kazmierski has found two aspects of their job particularly rewarding. First, the camaraderie among co-workers has been a significant source of support and motivation. The strong bonds formed with colleagues have created a positive and collaborative work environment, making each day at Geisinger fulfilling.

Second, Mr. Kazmierski takes great joy in seeing the faces of pediatric patients light up when he enters the room dressed as Spider-Man. This special effort to lift the spirits of young patients not only brings smiles to their faces but also provides a sense of comfort and happiness during challenging times. This unique approach to patient care highlights Mr. Kazmierski's dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of those they care for.
