Our nurse, Steve, was very personable and accurate. He explained things well. Any question I had, he was more than willing to answer. He was detail-oriented, polite, and encouraging to his CNA. He did an excellent job taking care of my mom. And he was very approachable. I felt comfortable speaking with him. All the nurses were great, but Steve went above and beyond in his compassionate care.
