My husband mentioned to Stephanie that for the first time in 60 years, he was not able to get me a birthday cake. They heard our love story and took it upon themselves to buy a card and candy, bring my husband the card to sign, and gave it to me when I walked in and said Happy Birthday. This made an 84-year-old man so happy. You do not hear about things like this. Wonderful nurse!

Stephanie was a great nurse. She was caring and always made sure I was taken care of. Her compassion was top-notch. I’m glad to have had her for several days.

My husband has been in this hospital too many times to count since his stroke in May. Stephanie is by far the best nurse he has had. Not only is she skilled, but she is also always upbeat and cheerful. She could sense what my husband needed and talk to him in a way that reassures him and gets a positive response, even if he’s tired or a bit out of sorts. I feel confident leaving him in her care! She is an excellent employee, one of your best!

Stephanie was my nurse in November of 2024. My chart was marked no food or water, but I didn't know why. She tracked down the doctor to figure out why and got it removed since it should not have been there. When she came in to tell me, she walked in with a glass of juice. Just her personality walking in the room brightened my day; she was so optimistic and cheery, it made a difference in my stay.

Stephanie explained everything to me so well. I was told I had to stay another day, but when the cardiologist changed her mind to send me home with no explanation, she asked the doctor to come talk to me. When the doctor was too busy and asked her to explain, she didn't stop there. She said the patient has several questions and was worried, so she asked if the doctor could at least call me. Another member associated with the cardiologist came down to talk to me. I just felt that Stephanie went above and beyond to take care of me. Thank you.
