My husband had surgery. We were a little nervous about using the MultiCare hospital in Covington, as our experience has always been with larger hospitals. Everything about our experience with MultiCare was extraordinary! Every person, from the check-in associate to the security guard, was so attentive, nice, and helpful. 

The nurses were all wonderful, but the nurse I'd like to have recognized is Stephanie, who was our post-op nurse in recovery. She is the epitome of what a great nurse should be! She was so kind, understanding, and efficient, and made both my husband and me feel so taken care of and reassured during the recovery and discharge process. Her calm demeanor and professionalism helped us feel at ease and alleviated a great deal of stress. 

We could not have asked for a better caregiver during this process. We would not hesitate to use this hospital again, as the experience and Stephanie's care changed our minds about using a smaller hospital. It was all far superior to any other hospital experiences we have had. We want to thank Stephanie for her extraordinary care and want to ensure she is recognized for being so wonderful. MultiCare is so lucky to have her there!
