I was very discouraged and distraught after a horrible experience at another hospital, and my father was hesitant and anxious about receiving care again. However, from the moment Stefani stepped in, everything changed. She took the time to listen to our concerns, reassured my father with kindness, and most importantly, became his voice when he needed it most. She ensured he received the attention and care he deserved, going above and beyond to communicate with the medical team and address every issue with urgency and professionalism.

There are so many times Stefani made a difference for my dad, me, and my family. When he was assigned to her, she provided exceptional care and always had him smiling. She knew that he loved to karaoke and played and sang his favorite song, Sweet Caroline, to him. She was so great at advocating for him under any and all circumstances. She checked on me, knowing that I had never been so exhausted in my life. She checked on him so many times, even when he was not assigned to her as a patient, and made sure he didn’t need anything. If he did, she didn’t hesitate to jump in and help.

Stefani’s dedication, empathy, and unwavering commitment to patient-centered care made all the difference for my father and our family. We will always be grateful for the comfort and confidence they restored in us during such a vulnerable time. She helped us through a really rough time and made me believe in amazing nurses again.
