As their mother was dying, and while CPR was actively being performed in the Emergency Department, Stacey took the time to carefully explain each step of the process to the family. She maintained her composure and provided clear, calm guidance to help them understand the resuscitation team's actions. Although the outcome was not what they had hoped for, Stacey offered professional, compassionate support that brought comfort to the family in their moment of profound loss.
