As a young person dealing with chronic illness and a whirlwind of unknowns, I couldn’t have asked for better care than what was provided to me by Staci. I was a frequent flyer at the infusion center for over a year, and was always amazed by Staci’s ability to multitask, her attention to detail, and most importantly, the level of care she has for patient safety.

Earlier this year, she made a judgment call on a medication I was to receive that quite literally saved me from having a catastrophic health event. Without her tenacity, persistence, and knowledge, I wouldn’t be on the road to recovery I am now. She was instrumental in getting me on the right medicine, and advocated for me not only with other care partners, but also the specialty pharmacy when there were countless issues obtaining my medication. I always felt bad for the trouble she had to go through, but she never made me feel like a nuisance, no matter how frustrating the situation, and no matter how busy she was, she was always a phone call away. Although I no longer need to go to the infusion clinic, I have absolutely no doubts that any patient in her care is in healing and caring hands.
