My mother (93) would talk half English and half German. Spencer knew some German. He made her laugh and asked her about where she was born. One day when she was feeling very low, he used his phone and took the time to show her pictures of where she had been born. She lit up like a candle! She was sick, sad and feeling low. She told him a few stories of her childhood. He helped her get through her days.
I know I would definitely want someone like Spencer with his great care and attitude to take care of me or my mother!
