When I joined this team a few years ago, I was blown away by the support and comfort you provide not only to your patients but to one another. I have never worked with a more compassionate group of kind people.
My breast cancer diagnosis came as a complete shock to me. I can honestly say that each one of you made my journey through uncharted waters that much better by the love and support you offered me. Whether it was telling me how beautiful I was when I was bald, bringing me something to lift my spirits, or a quick joke when I was down, endless positive words of encouragement, hugs, and shared tears in the med room, and the love and support you also showed my family.
I am truly grateful to you all! I am a firm believer in things happening for a reason, and having all of you beside me through the worst days of my life was the reason I was meant to be here. I will never believe otherwise. I have seen firsthand how much love and support you give your patients day in and day out. Being on the receiving end of that was really something special, too. Your love and support are something I will never forget. I am so proud to be a part of this amazing team.
