Sophia has proven herself to be a very clinically competent, compassionate and a caring RN. She consistently treats her patients and families with the utmost dignity and respect. She develops great relationships with them. She is also a great team member. Sophia always demonstrates a positive demeanor and is a pleasure to work with. She goes out of her way to provide great customer service to other departments as well. Sophia has an excellent work ethic and is a great example to those around her. She is always willing to help her peers and or management team with tasks and does so with a smile. She consistently contributes to hospital and department initiatives. Sophia is a member of the Tower 2 Practice Council and has multiple contributions to the team and Tower 2 nursing practice. She is also a member of the CRRT Committee and has been a Peer Review Champion. Sophia also precepts new employees. She is a great problem solver and does what is right to keep her patients safe.
Sophia is always positive and calm. She has a special way of interacting with others. She always makes people feel welcome and that their needs take priority.
