From the moment I met Sondra Richardson they felt like a friend. She made me feel relaxed and personally taken care of. She has been a strong advocate for my medical concerns and decisions. She hears me out, understands my unique situations, and has been there for me every step of the way. I have never felt that she had other things to do; I know she did, but I felt I was her top priority. Sondra made me feel at ease sharing all the details that are part of my decisions, as well as helping me talk through the best medical path of care. Every fine detail of my stay and decision process has instilled complete confidence in the care I receive at Tuomey Hospital. She personally has been on top of my every need and future needs regarding my condition. Prompt, professional, and I cannot possibly get any better care. The attention to all my needs while here has influenced my decision to have my heart procedures done here versus going to Charleston right away, because I am comforted and confident in her exceptional care. I have had more than 20 surgeries in my life, and her care has far exceeded any experiences I have ever had.

In my opinion, this hospital has her as a golden asset. I have overwhelming comfort in the care I am receiving at Tuomey Hospital, and she has put the icing on the well-decorated cake. I would brag on TV about them. She deserves it!
