This team consistently demonstrates a deep investment in our company's mission, providing exceptional nursing care that goes above and beyond for our clients and their caregivers. Their excellent attendance and reliability have ensured seamless care transitions, and their compassion, empathy, and kindness have made a significant impact on the lives of those they serve.
One specific example that stands out is when one of our nurses stayed with a client past scheduled hours to assist in de-escalating a crisis event. This nurse's dedication and expertise helped to stabilize the situation and ensure the client's safety. This is just one example of the many ways in which our nurses consistently go above and beyond.
Another notable example is when one of our nurses assisted a case manager in getting a client, who had lost their home with two children, to a shelter. Through her network and expertise, the nurse was able to secure subsidized housing for the client, allowing them to continue receiving care. This accolade came directly from the case manager herself, who was grateful for the nurse's dedication and support.
