I met Syazana when she was wheeling my husband out from the angiogram procedure. Though the angiogram procedure may not be scary for many people, it was for me, as I know that medical emergencies can happen, and I was also worried about the findings. I sat outside in the waiting area anxiously.

Then Syazana and another nurse wheeled my husband out. She was so warm and kind and immediately comforted and reassured me that everything was okay with my husband. She had such a pleasant, warm smile on her face, which soothed my heart. After wheeling his bed into the observation ward, she made sure my husband was comfortable and then proceeded to further explain the situation to me. I felt comforted.

I met her again the next day. My husband was getting discharged. We had many questions to ask regarding the blocks in his heart. She patiently answered every one of them happily, taking time and not rushing, though she was busy.

We expressed that we wanted to see the doctor to clarify some things. She instantly made attempts to reach out to the doctor and arranged for the doctor to see us. We got everything we wanted to know clarified with the doctor.

Syazana went out of her way to ensure that we had a pleasant experience in the hospital. She displayed excellent qualities as a caregiver: kind, compassionate, warm, pleasant, friendly and diligent, despite working back-to-back shifts.

I would say that Syazana made all the difference for us, and therefore we would not hesitate to recommend our friends to come to Sunway Medical Center because of the excellent quality of nurses in this hospital.
