Aquella noche nuestro bebé se encontraba en observación en cunas y no podíamos verlo ni tenerlo con nosotros en la habitación. Esto nos hacía sentir muy angustiados y preocupados, pero la enfermera a cargo nos brindó mucho alivio, ya que cada vez que acudía a la habitación nos trataba tan bien que nos transmitía una gran confianza.

Silvia es una persona sumamente servicial, amable y con una excelente actitud. Durante la noche atendió de manera excepcional a mi esposa, administrando sus medicamentos, su suero y todo lo necesario para su comodidad. Incluso apoyó a mi esposa en el cambio de pañal sin ayuda y en ningún momento mostró queja alguna.

Con todo respeto y sin intención de ofender, a pesar de su estatura, hacía hasta lo imposible por alcanzar y colgar el suero, y eso no representaba ninguna limitación para ella, ya que se nota que le apasiona lo que hace. Ojalá todas las enfermeras tuvieran su actitud y su espíritu de servicio. Mis respetos y felicitaciones para ella. De verdad, valórenla mucho, es una gran enfermera entregada a su trabajo.

Silvia is an extremely helpful, kind person with a wonderful attitude. During the night, she provided excellent care to my wife, giving her medications, IV fluids, and everything needed for her comfort. She even helped my wife change her diaper on her own, and at no point did she complain.

With all respect and without meaning any offense, despite her height, she did everything possible to reach and hang the IV bag, and that was not a limitation for her because it is clear she is passionate about what she does.
