Sienna Riggle is a new grad RN who started in June 2024. She has integrated into the ICU with a maturity that is seldom seen in new graduate nurses. During a recent patient assignment, a family member approached Sienna about wanting to get her husband outside before he passed away. Sienna went out of her way to make this happen for the patient and his family prior to withdrawing care. The holistic and compassionate care delivered that day will forever be a part of this family's memory.
