Shira is a certified nurse in the Breast Imaging Department and has been working at Assuta Ramat HaHayal for 15 years.
Throughout her work, Shira acts with sensitivity, professionalism, and an exceptional sense of mission, and she manages to touch the hearts of her patients thanks to her ability to provide personal care at moments when they need it the most.
In one case, Shira immediately contacted a woman who came for a consultation at the clinic and later for treatments at the center. She assisted her with everything possible, both administratively and professionally. Shira was there for the woman in her most difficult and initial moments, offering sensitivity and compassion that greatly helped her cope with the new diagnosis and gave hope for recovery. The woman stated that without Shira, the process would have been much more difficult and prolonged, and in her words, she emphasized: "Thanks to Shira’s determination and kindness, I will be able to return to health," adding that Shira "became my angel."
