I was in distress with my injury, and Shiny was very calming, accommodating, and gentle. She was very educational and provided information to equip me with the knowledge required, which gave me a sense of calm.

She also remembered me when I came back, making the follow-up visit a more pleasant experience. She went above and beyond. I love her. She has taken care of me for almost a year.

She is so nice, funny, gentle, and listens to you all the time. I trust her so much, and she feels like a real mum.
