Shirly is an excellent and outstanding nurse. She cared for my brother like he was part of her family. She frequently communicated with my family and updated us on his condition. Shirly advocated for my brother when he couldn’t advocate for himself. She was caring, loving, patient, understanding, supportive, and professional. She answered all our questions and made us feel seen, heard, understood, and comforted. She played a significant role in my brother’s care, recovery, and discharge. My family is forever grateful.
