I want to express my gratitude to Shenorro. I was so fortunate to have her as my husband‘s nurse. The moment she walked into the room, I felt great ease, comfort, and trust. Her smile was infectious. My husband needed total care, repositioning, and to be fed his meals. The nurse made frequent rounds to my husband‘s room. She made sure he was cleaned and turned every two hours. As a result of his meticulous care, my husband’s irritated skin condition improved. Her caring, patient, and gentle approach put my husband at ease. She made sure that he was fed in my absence. She made rounds with the physicians. Caring for her Patients. Her communication skills and knowledge sharing of her patience were spot on. She kept me updated on any changes to my husband‘s care. The nurse is the most gracious, compassionate, kind, and respectful in carrying out the mission, vision, and values of her workplace. She is a team player and very helpful to her coworkers. Before she left my husband‘s bedside, the call light was always within reach. I also went to mention how confident and comfortable I felt when I left my husband in her care.
