Shelly is an incredible ICU nurse who truly cares and stands out for her attentiveness and compassion. When my 78-year-old grandma was admitted in critical condition after having a stroke, our whole world was turned upside down.

In the middle of all the fear and uncertainty, Shelly became a steady, reassuring presence. She was thorough and organized – every medication was clearly labeled with the dates and times, which made it easier for our family to stay informed. But more than just being efficient, she showed genuine care. She spoke to my grandma with warmth and kindness, even when my grandma couldn’t respond, and she made sure that we, as a family, felt supported and heard every step of the way.

Shelly took the time to listen, to really understand what was important to us, and to treat my grandma like a person, and not just another patient. She brought a level of care that went far beyond her medical responsibilities – she brought humanity, patience, and heart into a very critical moment in our lives.
